Just wondering... I've heard from my friends that Evanescence is totally emo, and I disagree. Wondering what you think. xD

Sadly, I think Evanescence has become more cliche than anything. And that's just because people constantly play them. I like Evanescence, but I would have to say that yes, they are a bit Emo. But I love it! =] (And that's really saying something because I usually hate Emoness)

Yeah, it's emo without a doubt. Don't get me wrong, they're great, but slightly emo-ish (yes, I know that's not a word.)

I'm an Evanescnce freak, so I honestly don't see thim as emo at all. That's just me though.

I personally cannot stand the term Emo to begin with. It's very degrading, or at least I think so. But, no I don't believe they are Emo at all.

Emo is a word I generally don't use, mainly because I'm not sure of the definition.
But no, I don't think they're 'emo'... personally I don't like them that much, so it's my opinion based on the 4-5 random songs I heard. Bring me to life is a good one, but the others not so much.
