A Mere Distraction

I know it's a pathitic little drabble but I was crunched for time.

“Albus…” Minerva was cut off by yet another of her husbands kisses. “What my love?” he broke the kiss. “Merlin I love you.” She pulled him close to her.
“And I love you too.”

“Minerva!” a knock ruined the mood. Minerva pulled her head back and sighed she knew that voice it belonged to her best friend Xiomara Hooch. “I knew this would happen. What do you want Mara?”
“The ball starts in ten minutes you old bat.”
“No it…” Minerva looked at the clock, “Albus we have to stop.” She said sadly.
“Do I want to know what you two are doing?”
“Mara!”
“I’ll shut up. I’ve got to go get Serena and Poppy.

“We can finish this when we get back.” Minerva smiled at Albus and went to the bedroom. “This ball is going to very slowly.” Albus sighed he was already ready. Just that wife of his took ages to finish. He wanted to see her get done in under ten minuets

Under five minutes later Minerva walked out of the bedroom looking like a goddess, “Do I look alright?” “Perfect as always Love.” Albus tried to get his arm around her waist but was stopped.
“Not yet you have to wait. I don’t want to get messed up yet.”
“Very well I can wait… a bit.”
“You better wait.”

“Where’s the other champion?” Barty Crouch quickly counted the number of champions in his head again, “Who are we missing?” “Potter.” Minerva had completely forgotten about telling Potter he had to dance in the opening waltz. “I’ll be back.”

“Potter are you and Ms Patil ready?” Minerva half ran over to her houses champion. “Ready for what Professor?” Harry’s eyes lit up.
“To dance.”
“Wh…”
“It’s tradition for the three well in this cast four champions to be the first to dance.”
“I never…”
“Yes well now you know.”
