I am just curious on where you would place yourselves. I said that I would probably be good a Potions because I am a pretty good baker and can follow recipes and directions quite easily, although I think that I would do well in DADA.
I put "Other" as an option incase there are any subjects I forgot.

I would say Acient runes for me, I speak Icelandic who is over 1000 years old....
and I am pretty good at understanding difficult words.

I am a humanities teacher so HoM would be my expertise. Though I also rather fancy Ancient Runes since I have a good enough ability to read Ogham and some runic scripts.

Since I teach math, I chose Arithmancy. I am not really sure exactly what it is, but it does involve numbers. I also think I would be good at Potions (I can follow a recipe) and DADA (just because it seems really cool).

Well I have an education in economic history (but 'ordinary' history was one of my favorite in school - does that make me a geek?) so I think that the History of Magic would be something for me...

Hi
I chose transfiguration because I like to change things and add my own bit of magic to them. Clothes, bags, shoes, books, pots, frames ect. I like to change things and I am creative (well like to think I am ) but then thinking about it maybe it should be charms?

I'm charming so does that count for charms class?? eheheh jk I know corny eh. But I don't really know what I am. I no good with numbers hehe and well the only think I could think of is DADA is good for me. I'm an athlete and I hope I will always be.

I'd like to take a 'Care of Magical Creatures' class.
I like animals and I think magical animals (just imagine, nifflers, kneazles, unicorns....) would be even more fun.

Difficult... Hmmm.. I would have to say potions, I love mixing things, and see what I get from it. Love chemistry, so, heh heh...
Though I really think Transfiguration and Arithmancy would be my thing too... And DADA of course...

probably care of magical creatures... although i can see myself in so many other classes that'd i'd enjoy as well... but overall, working with animals of all types is wonderful. it'd just be so amazing working with magical ones. oh dang.

I chose Transfiguration cuz I can concentrate on things and I think it would be really fun.. It would also be awesome like.. if you needed like.. some icecream or you are hungy.. you can change a piece of paper into.. like.. a sandwich or something!!  I would also love DADA but since we can only vote for one.. I would like all of them except Herbology cuz I definently dont have a green thumb..  Anything that involves using your wand is the thing for me! Rae |

I'm a bit behind, but I put Transfigurations for a couple of reasons. First of all, be honest, how many of us here don't wish we'd be best at that.  Secondly, it seems like a challenging subject to master and I think that would appeal to me and make me want to conquer it. Also, there's the fact that it just seems more like my kind of course based on what we've seen of Harry's other courses and assignments in the books...and that I'd be hopeless at things like Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures. |

I voted Charms.... I don't know why, just had a feeling I'd be good at it/like it. If Arithmancy is a lot of numbers stuff, then I'd probably be good at that too, since math has always been one of my best subjects.

I said Defense Against the Dark Arts because I think it would interest me the most, and I tend to do best in the classes that really interest me.

As much as I'd love to be good at transfiguration (as Ginger Newts said) I think that being a chemist, I would be best at Potions. Coming to think about it... maybe it wouldn't be so bad to be Alan Rickman's favorite student YAY! |

I picked Arithmancy, as I'm okay at mathematics. I'm better at language/literature but they don't really have any of that sort of thing at Hogwarts.
I couldn't possibly pick any of the more practical classes, ie Transfiguration, Charms or DADA, or Merlin help me Potions, as much as I'd like to - I am one of the most non-practical people ever. I'm so clumsy. ^^"

I'd go with Ancient Runes because I'm good with languages (and can speak a little Latin go figure a 7th grader than can speak a little of a dead launguage). Or as a second choice it would be Transfiguratiions.

I chose Transfiguration because it sounds interesting to me, and I'm usually best at what interests me most. However, I can kinda see myself doing well at Divination too.

well for me probably arithmancy as i like numbers. and for everyone who doesnt know arithmancy is using numbers to find out the character of a person using the letters of their name.
