I picked pure-blood only because it is very rare for a witch or wizard to be so magically strong or skilled while being a muggle born or half blood, and Minerva is certainly a strong witch. If I were to pick any other one, though, I would probably say muggle born, only because I figure it's gotta be one degree or the other with Min. If she were mixed blood, I doubt she would be as powerful as she is now. Don't ask me why, that's just my gut feeling. ~mmadlyinlove~

I have never considered that Minerva wasn't a pure blood. Not sure why, but the sherbert lemon/lemon drop mystery has made me realise that she is clueless when it comes to muggles so I am even more sure.

I agree with nemi, I voted for pureblood! But I have a completely different theory about Minerva's parents!
