Today is Halloween and I have noticed all the different brands of chocolate and decided that I wanted to know what kind you all prefer! Personally my all time favourite is Lindor chocolates! But, in terms of regular chocolate bars and stuff I am all about the Cadbury! - Jess

I agree Hershey says it all...Chocolate...Chocolate...Chocolate. I love Hershey Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate bars...Yummmy!!!!
I don't like Nestles very much (except for their hot chocolate mix) but Lindor and Cadbury are both good too.
When I went to Isreal several years ago, I had a chocolate bar that was made up of three layers...white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate. You got all three in every bite. Sooo gooood. I can't remember the name of it, but would love to have another one.

Cadbury, Cadbury, Cadbury, Cadbury, Cadbury, Cadbury, Cadbury... Did I mention I like Cadbury?? You can't beat a bar of dairy milk. Although I do have a weakness for the Australian chocolate cherry ripe. Kay that chocolate from Iarael sounds amazing.we have a similar one in the uk but without the white chocolate..(feels a trip to Israel coming on)

Galaxy! Nothing beats galaxy, absolutely nothing. It's made by Mars I do believe.
What's Hershey? I've never even heard if it.

I've never heard of Hershey either. Perhaps it's only available in America? If you send a few bars over to England, we could make a fully informed vote...

My favourite, due to both taste and price, are Milky Ways. I think they are made by Master Foods.

I found some Hershey's today. In the sweet shop on the way to school. It's the first time I've ever seen it, the packet said it was produced in USA and there was no listed distributor for the UK. It was Cookies and Chocolate. It was ok, I guess, but most definitely not worth the 79p I paid for it. Why so expensive? I'll try some Cookies and Creme tomorrow, that was only 69p.

Hershey is produced in the U.S. and we have factories here in Canada too, which is why you have probably never really heard of it. I have never heard of Galaxy. Is it made in the U.K.? - Jess

I would assume so, as if you've never had Galaxy! It's a product of Mars, do you have mars, snickers etc? That's the same company. But galaxy.. yummy.

A prettyful picture for you all. The old wrapper with shiney gold paper inside is better. You can also get galaxy caramel, galaxy ripple which is like flake dipped but better, galaxy mintrels which are like smarties but galaxy and bigger, galaxy promises either hazlenut, coffee and something else either caramel or orange. Oh and galaxy fruit and nut.

I love chocolate in general. Hershey's rocks. I can't believe people in other countries don't know about it! I mean, there's a city in Pennsylvania called Hershey, where they have Hershey Kiss lights lining the street. They give you free chocolate at the end of the factory tour, too.
But then, I've never heard of Cadbury.

The Galaxy wrapper looks kind of like one here. It is a chocolate bar called Dove! Yes, we do have snickers and mars bars here! I think that all Hershey factories give free chocolate don't they? There is one that I have been too a few times and they don't give chocolate at the end of the tour, but if you buy something from the Gift Shop then at the cash they will give you free chocolate bars. The candy and chocolate is really well priced in the Gift Shop!!! - Jess

Did you hear about the recall Hersheys had to make on a bunch of their chocolate? Apparently there was some kind of bacteria or something found in one of their vats. I think it is all cleared up now, but it just happend this past week.

well my all time fav is either this little place that's near my house(they make their own)or Godiva, but then again I'm a bit of a snob, but I voted for CAdburry because I am obsessed with Flakes. I ate sooooooooooo many when I was i nthe UK this summer, I gained like five pounds in three weeks...ahhh I want another one
