I'm thinking of getting one made at the mall that says "AD&MM Together Forever" on the front and on the back it'll say, "Dumbledore lives!" I got one for my friend that says "Lenora Lupin" on her back (her alter ego... She's Lupin's daughter) and on the front it says "Sirius Lives". We're gonna wear them to the next premiere! Haha. ~mmadlyinlove~

So am I! I'm the youngest of three girls raised Protestant Christian. Luckily, my parents aren't that strict. They're pretty loose, mainly cuz they know I'll make the right decisions, no matter what the problem is. ~mmadlyinlove~

My dad is a retired United Methodist minister...also an army chaplain. He's not very strict and trusts me to do "the right thing". My mom is really the one in charge around the house (big surprise) but when I want to go out or do anything she just says "remember who you are and whose you are." My mom thought the shirt was weird though...she rolled her eyes when I explained.

Yeah, my mom lets me have a lot of freedom and therefore trusts me fully. And I, in turn, never give her cause to doubt me. She trusts me to make the right choices, such as not having premarital sex, and I, in turn, don't! We have a very trusting relationship, and therefore I've never felt the need to rebel against her. ~mmadlyinlove~

Yeah. I have a second cousin who is so "Holier than Thou!" sort of person. I made one mention of Harry Potter and she went all over about how, since it's witchcraft, it's evile. I mean, yeah, okay, the Bible says witchcraft is of the devil. BUT!!!! (and this is a big but here). I see the plot as outweighing everything. Good always triumphs over evil, every time. Harry is tempted to turn to the dark side, but he refuses. Not to mention I don't take this stuff seriously (except that Albus and Min are married, hehe). But if I were to be absolutely serious and honest, I know these are just characters in a book/movie. I did not start the series intent on learning anything that I will seriously use for my real life. And she think everything is of the devil anyway! ~mmadlyinlove~

My Step Dad is the same way. I can't even write ADMM at my Mom's house because he thinks it's the work of the devil. I don't honstly care waht he thinks. I hate that guy so much. he's so strict about what me and my little brother and little sister watch at Mom's house. If Tory and Jamie(lil bro and lil sis) are in the room nothing can be over PG seeing as Tory is like 3 and Jamie is 2, and I can't watch anything over PG13 even though I turn 14 in *counts* exactly 30 days. It's just a bunch of crap. I took my Charmed DVDs over there once and they got locked in his and my mom's bedroom for the entire time I was there. Even if HP and Charmed have something to do with magic it's not like it's real. Of coure I tend to over react about ADMM or Grams and the Necormancer that's just not the point.

Exactly. I mean, everyone knows that I know the difference between reality and pretend. I go around all the time and joke about how McGonagall and Dumbledore are my real grandparents and that I didn't need a letter from Hogwarts because I'm their granddaughter and have all the talent I need naturally. But I know that that's not true. I know who's real and who's not. I'm not gonna really go out and find a stick, call it a wand, and attempt to do spells. ~mmadlyinlove~

Parents can be so stupid at times. I've tried to tell him thousands of times I know it's not real it's pretend but no I still can't read/write/watch it.

I think the only people who should not read Harry Potter are those who take it seriously and think that they can learn something from them. And those people shouldn't read books at all. ~mmadlyinlove~

My dad has read the books...he thinks they have some good moral stuff like the good vs evil thing, but that they are really just books. He is actually teh only person I really talk to about my fanfiction...he actually helped me come up with the name for my snape fic, lol.
