It's good to finally be here! It seemed for awhile like the fates were trying to keep me away.

First I couldn't get signed into the board. The lovely Nerweniel graciously helped me out so I could finally come and join the festivities.

Then my niece went into labor and had a big (10 lb. 6 oz.) bouncing baby boy and I left for a couple of days to be with them.

But I'm back now!!!

And I can't wait to leave comments on all the fantastic stories I've read so far.

I have a few stories that I've written myself, but I'm reluctant to post them. Perhaps after I've been around for awhile I'll feel better about it. ;D

Anyway, I hope this is an acceptable introduction post. If there is anything you'd like to know feel free to ask.

Okay well I've been here a while and have posted reviews and such, but I don't know that I have ever actually introduced myself so here it goes.

Hi My name is Melissa. I have to admit I hadn't even given ADMM any thought until I started reading H/Hr fics and came across one with ADMM in it. I found some stories on ff.net and then found this board and I was hooked. I am now addicted to ADMM and am constantly checking for new stories! I've really enjoyed reading the stories on the board and everyone seems very nice

My name is Liz. I hail from the land of 10,000 lakes (which is actually 11, 842 lakes to be exact) I attend the School of Environmental Studies at the MN Zoo, and I've been a member of the board since its first year.

I haven't written all that many stories, but I have ideas. Usually I post them as challenges, since I don't have time to write because the enormous homework load.

Random facts about me besides loving AD/MM, I'm old movie junkie (I just love Ingrid Bergman, Katharine Hepburn and Cary Grant!), I love history, and I love words, the origins and histories of words, that is.

Hi, I just joined the board and I wanted to introduce myself....I've been reading fanfiction here for while now and tonight I decided it was finally time to join.
I'm 19 (almost 20, my bday is Oct. 25!), and I'm a recent college graduate in the process of taking a year off before grad school. I'm hoping to go to grad school in England next year. Let's see...I ride horses (have 4 of them), play violin and viola, teach violin and riding, and read and write lots. I'm really interested in foreign languages too but have never managed to actually learn one...lol. I took a year of French in college and hope to continue with it, and now I'm taking an online Latin course. I also hope to learn modern Greek, because my boyfriend is Greek.
I've been reading AD/MM fics for several years but haven't written any since before I started college...maybe that will change. Well, I guess that's all for now! *waves hello to everyone*

Hello to all! I am glad to have stumbled onto this website when searching for the rest of a story I had started to read on ff.net.
I am enjoying reading all of the great stories that you all have posted for the last year! It will take me a while to catch up!
It is a relief to find out that I am not alone in my belief that Albus and Minerva are a couple. I have firmly believed in this fact since the first book. But alas, my friends have all thought I was a crazy romantic for believing in a hidden love story! So now I can say "raspberry jam" to them! I'm not alone!

I'm Isabel, I’m 22 and I'm Mexican (a very proud Mexican) and I live in one of the biggest (and most complicated) cities in the world: Mexico City.
I’ve just finished the University, I’m ready to graduate as a Chemist, Pharmacist and Biologist (there’s a career called that way here in Mexico, don’t think I’m that smart) and I want go to Holland to study a Master in Toxicology in Leiden University… let’s see if my dream comes true.
I’m a big ADMM fan… I love Albus and Minerva, either in the books or fanfiction. I keep moaning because of the 6th book and I just can’t loose hope in Albus’ come back.

I'm 17 years old and I live in a town called Kulmbach in Germany. I love drawing and writing fanfics but till now I wasn't able to write AD/MM cuz I never found other fans here in Germany (hope that this will change) and I unfortunately can't write in English because my grammar is too bad So don't be mad if I sometimes mess up with everything, I have a really big problem with times and stuff
I love AD/MM since I've read the first chapter in HP 1, Albus und Minerva had just been too fascinating even if I hadn't known anything about them ;D

My name is Amy, I'm English and ever since I started to ship AD/MM I don't really ship anything else anymore. In the sense that it is really all I read and write now. I was really nervous about joining, but I made myself post my favourite story that I've written. I've almost been reading fanfiction for a year now, writing I'd guess for about 6 months+. When I first read Philosopher's Stone I remember vaguely noticing Albus and Minerva (sad to say I didn't really ship anything at all then), but I didn't start shipping them properly until I read The Professors' New Clothes and Traditional socks on mugglenet fanfiction, and I've never looked back. Anyway, *is rambling*. Aside from reading and writing fics I love listen to music, I'm into both old and new indie/alternative rock. I also post on several other sites with different names so thay are me, I haven't stolen anything. I've never really had the chance to discuss AD/MM properly and I'm really glad I finally can because I never managed to rope my friends into it...

Hey, I read Nouveau, I remember the story! You had awfully long chapters and my English was horrible then and it was a real struggle to read so much at once. I have to reread it, now I can read much more at once and will review too. Yours was one of the first stories I read and I had no idea how reviewing on ffnet works. Come to think of it, it really is about time to introduce myself.
I'm a very private person so there is not much I'd like to share - the reason I haven't posted here until now, I guess.

English is my fifth language and while I'm working on improving it all the time, my comments and stories are less eloquent than I wish them to be.
I have a strict review policy, I review every chapter of every story I read unless it really offends me and try to say something meaningful in them. I tried contructive criticism too, and so far I've been lucky and received no flames for it.
Lately, I haven't read, written or reviewed much because I was working on my thesis. Now it's finished but I got completely sucked in by real life, so I can read a lot less than I long to.

I'm very grateful that this board and the admm community exists.

My biggest admm-fanfiction related wish is to read the whole of mascaret's PM&T and other chapter fics.

So far I've written 5 fics, which came as a complete surprise to me cause I originally planned to disappear after finishing Foretold Love.
