Seriously, Trelawney...!?!?? That's just crazy, what evidence was there to support that? If there were more reasonable explainations, then perhaps I would stop laughing every time I heard that.
The reasons the person gave are just very... vague (not really the right word, but you understand what I am trying to convey) and unclear.

I just found this, and I must say that I totally get how you felt like you weren't a "normal" person, defending your ship in a deli to a delusional person (Trelawney? *shakes head* Poor disturbed woman). I never talk about my mmadness to ANYONE, and my family especially doesn't get it. Shipping is a hobby and it binds all of us together, hanging on to a boat in a violent storm that simply refuses to sink. You are right, we aren't normal, we're special. It takes a certain level of maturity and a passion for literature and true romance in order to appreciate ADMM, or even recognize it. Wave your shipper banner proudly!

*gulp* How could she? I mean honestly .... Albus and Sybill? Where in the raging fires of hell (excuse the wording) did she get that? I mean honestly, (yes, that's my saying) Sybill? What kind of fanfiction does she read?
Probably some weird ones about Albus and Sybill chatted "merrily" over tea in her stuffy tower. Only, of course, we know that Albus is dreaming and thinking about his wonderful Minerva. :] And as usual, feigning deafness whenever possible.
