I literally watched that movie last night! Hadn't seen it in years.

Just watched Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, Maggie was fantastic in it, such a range of emotions all so perfectly portrayed. Some scenes were just so Minerva.

 MAGGIE HAS JUST FINISHED READING THE REVIEW NOTICES ON HER LATEST SUCCESS AS 'DESDEMONA' IN "OTHELLO" OPPOSITE LAURENCE OLIVIER IN THE TITLE ROLE. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME SIR LAURENCE (57) HAD PLAYED THE ROLE. A CONSIDERATE MAGGIE TRIES NOT TO DISTURB THE GENTLEMAN ON THE NEXT BENCH. |
