Just another little idea that popped into my head. I own nothing, the quote is from "A walk to remember" Enjoy, and please review!
Minerva stared down at the lake from her balcony. It was rare that she ever had a moment’s peace and time for herself. Time to reflect on all that had happened. Time to grieve for the loss of her one true love.
It was a very difficult transition. Even more so at night where she was forced to sleep in a cold empty bed alone and forced to deal with so many painful memories of a life that was taken from her.
She closed her eyes as a cool breeze caressed her skin and then stopped abruptly, opening her eyes and hugging her chest, tears streaming down her face.
Their last night together was just like this. She was in Albus’s arms, relishing the cool breeze, both having a mutual feeling of what was about to come, less than 24 hours later.
Albus bent his head down and tenderly kissed her neck before whispering in her ear “Love is like the wind, Minerva. You cannot see it but you can always feel it” before kissing her passionately and taking her to bed for the last time.
A sob escaped Minerva as she collapsed onto the ground, grief engulfing her. “If love is like the wind, Albus then my love for you is an eternal tornado” she whispered.

Great angst. Very clear imagery. Short and powerful. It brought tears to my eyes.
