I won’t last a day without you
This poem is inspirited from the song I won’t last a day without you from The Carpenters. This also is my first poem so please be kind. Let me know what you think. Written from Minerva’s POV.
Sometimes I want to give up. Walk away from the war, But then I know I will never end up far.
Because there is you, Always they’re for me And you always smile You made it’s all worth while
One look at you and I know that I could learn to live without any of my friends In you, I have found the best.
I want you to know how I feel But the risk that I end up wounded I fair. And that wound will never heal.
I say nothing but remain to be your colleague and friend. Maybe some day I will say, That my love for you will never end.
Please, please let me know if you think it's rubbisch.

Of course it's not rubbish! It's very good, except I can't stand to see them suffering by not telling each other how they feel. Perhaps a sequel where she talks? Sorry, I know I always beg for that...but it makes me sad. Wonderful poem!

They HAVE to tell each other. They'll just have to. Loved the poem, now I'm off to tell you that you should write a sequel
