A/N: I wrote this for my Honors American Literature class in 10th grade so it's not my best. Poetry all together isn't really my thing, but I came across this the other day and thought it depicted a lot about AD/MM. This was before I even discovered them! If any of you notice that there is eleven syllables in the last two lines instead of ten, I did that purposely. I felt like stretching the rules a bit as Robert Frost did. And yes, I'm aware it doesn't all quite make sense, but my teacher at the time told us it didn't have to. Anyway, I'll just finish rambling and let you read on...
On a night so fearful, lonely and quiet She waits near the edge for true love's first kiss He makes his way to her from horrid riot Unbeknownst of the dark, blackened abyss He races through green pine forests of trees She gazes to the round, full moon of June Ready to pledge her soul among snow peas Ready for him to come along and prune The aching she feels as clear as crystal He can hear he hum as he nears the bar Deep in her robes, she retrieves a pistol He steps closer, strumming on his guitar A song of love unrequited once brooded Now a love that shan't ever be concluded

That's really good and you're right it does fit our couple, I pictured it as Grindelwald Era while reading... I'm always impressed by anyone who can write a decent poem because I'm hopeless when it comes to poetry. Thanks for dragging it out and sharing.
