The Book of Life
The book of my dreams is all filled out
Likewise is the book of the times I've been hurt
But blank are the pages of the book of my life
Of real life where I'm never heard

Then I met you and everything changed,
My Angel, who lifted me to the sky.
Yes, then you came into my life
Knowing when and when not to ask, 'why?'

The blank pages are now filled with words
Descriptions of our shared days
The end is simple, so very clear;
The book of my life was written by you
