Answer to Lady Jolly's plot bunny
Albus ran for his life. He cursed the fact his wife as an animagus and could run as fast as speed of light. It wasn’t his fault. His supply had run out and he thought wives were supposed to share with their husbands. It was in their wedding vows for Merlin’s sake.
A shriek rang out after him. Oh Merlin, she is getting closer. He shouted the password to his office and quickly climbed the stairs. Locking the door with the strongest spell he knows, he prayed for mercy.
"What did you do now?" asked Dippet.
"Shh. She'll find me!"
“Albus!”
“It was an honest mistake, I swear! I’ll never do it again!”
“You knew those were mine! I was saving them for my second Hufflepuff/Slytherin period. You know how incredibly stressful that is!”
“I’ll get you more! Thousands!” Albus begged for leniency.
“It doesn’t change the fact I don’t have any now!”
“But, but Honeydukes is closed now.”
“Well, that’s your problem not mine isn’t it?”
“I’ll owled them right now!”
“And for the rest of the week, you’ll teach every Hufflepuff and Slytherin!”
“But, but I have paperwork to do….”
“You should’ve thought of that before you ate my last sherbet lemon, should’ve you?” She turned on her heel and stormed away.
Albus checked himself reassuring himself he was still in one piece. He quickly got out a quill. I’ll better sleep here tonight.
