A/N: I posted this a long time ago on ff.net, and just thought I should post it here too... For the most part is it purely dialogue, it was one of my first ever ficlets...
Minerva watching The Ring.
Albus: "Would you like to watch a movie?"
Minerva: "Oh, I suppose so. What is it called, and what is it about?"
Albus: "It is called The Ring."
Minerva: "Why would they make a movie about a ring? (sighs) Muggles."
Albus: "It is what they call a Horror movie."
Minerva: " A horror movie... about a ring.. Right. This better be a good movie Albus"
Albus: (cringing) "Have I ever shown you a bad one?"
Minerva: "Just start the movie."
They are at the scene where the little girl fully comes out of the well. Minerva is leaning forward, at the edge of her seat, staring. Albus keeps looking at the movie, then back at Minerva, trying not to laugh. She doesn't even notice.
Minerva: "Oh, that is...Ugh.. She!....Oh!.....she's coming out of the television?!!! (she leans back, right onto the waiting hand of a smirking Albus) AIEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!! (Minerva jumps up and around, pulls out her wand and transfigures Albus into a small pure white skunk)
Minerva: ( breathing heavily, with a hand over her heart, wand at the ready) "Albus!?"
Albus: (looks imploringly at her)
Minerva: "Oh no, you can stay like that until this movie is over. And just to make sure you don't pull a stunt like that again, you can stay in here. ( she transfigures a blanket into a cage and puts it over skunk Albus)
End of Movie.
Minerva: (Transforming Albus back) " No more tricks you."
Albus: "Was that really necessary?"
Minerva: "Yes, since you wasted my time."
Albus: (twinkling) "I wouldn't say that. It tested your reflexes didn't it? I have to say that I don't think I have ever seen you move quite that fast Minerva."
Minerva: (mutters) "You little stinker."
