This is my very first fic, unless you count the ones that I started but never finished, so it may not be the best. Its of course about AD/MM but theres just a tiny bit of Ron/Hermione thrown in there. But thats not until later.
CHAPTER ONE
It was a gray, cloudy September day and an intelligent woman was sitting at her office desk, awaiting her boyfriend to come and visit her at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The woman had dark hair that was twisted in a tight bun, like always. Her eyes were a color that no one could describe. If you looked into them, they would say a thousand words.
A knock came at the wooden door. The woman finally got up from her desk and swung the door open, not in excitement, but in anger.
“Minerva, my love,” the man said, as he kissed Minerva on the cheek, “It has been too long. I feel as though I have been separated from you for ages. I have missed you.”
The man was quite tall. He had beautiful blue eyes and lovely brown hair. His body was muscular; he did not have much flab. He was, as some might say, the perfect looking man.
“Missed me, have you?” Minerva responded calmly, but with a bit of anger. “No letters for a month. None. And you say you have missed me. Peter, I don’t even know where you’ve been, or what you have been doing. The only letter I have received from you was the one you sent a week ago, saying that you would be here shortly.” Minerva raged.
“I’m terribly sorry, my dear, but things at the ministry are hectic right now, with You-Know-Who being back and all.” Peter responded, with a bit of tremble in his voice. “I’ve haven’t got much time to do anything anymore. I am even lucky to take today off to come visit you. It’s all work, night and day.”
“So you can’t even take the time to write at night when you come home?” asked Minerva, with much anger this time.
“I apologize deeply Minerva. I should’ve taken the time to at least write to you at night. I mean, you sent me all those letters, and I haven’t responded to any one of them. I’m so sorry. I promise, even if things are crazy, I’ll still write to you. I don’t want to lose you Minerva, because I love you.” said Peter carefully.
“I love you too, Peter, but if this is going to work, you have to take more responsibility. You promise?” asked Minerva.
“Promise. And if I don’t stay true to my word, you can just kick me out the door,” said Peter.
“Okay,” said Minerva as she kissed Peter on the cheek, “I love you. Are you going to stay tonight, or are you going to have to get back to the ministry?”
“I will stay tonight. You are more important than my job at the ministry. So shall we head out to dinner?” asked Peter.
“Yes, I would love that,” answered Minerva, and the couple walked out of the office and into Hogsmeade.
*************
An extremely gifted wizard was pacing his office. He wasn’t that tall, and wasn’t that short. He had a long, white beard and blue eyes that were very full of meaning. His eyes usually had a twinkle in them, but as soon as he got disappointed, there would be no twinkle there, but still lots of thought. He was pondering the very same question he had pondered for the last three hours, and wondered if he should still be thinking about it. His large brain was starting to hurt and he was starting to develop a headache.
He walked over to his pensive. He drew his wand from his robes and put it up to the side of his forehead. A long, silvery substance was drawn from his mind. His thoughts slowly fell into the pensive, which was now swirling with thoughts.
Suddenly the door of his office burst open. A woman came running through it, looking very excited and worried.
“Oh, Albus! I have not seen you in ages! I’m so sorry I’m late. I was-er- old Alvin kept me late at the office. I know you were expecting me hours ago, but….oh, I’m really sorry!” exclaimed the woman.
“Stacey, dear, no need for apologizes. What’s important is that you’re here now. The only thing I am worried about is why the birds you are sending are tropical. You tell me that you’re at the office and at home all the time, but you are no where near anywhere tropical. Where have you been?” questioned Albus Dumbledore.
“Oh, d-did I not tell you? I was on a business trip to the islands for a few weeks in March. That’s why there I was sending those-erm-lovely birds,” said Stacey quickly.
“I am afraid you did not inform me. But no matter! You’re here now! Where would you like to go? Out for a drink? Dinner? Just a stroll around Hogsmeade?” asked Dumbledore.
“Oh, Three Broomsticks sounds nice now. Then maybe after we can just take a little look in the shops,” answered Stacey politely.
“Well off we go!” said Dumbledore, and before you know it, Dumbledore and Stacey were out the door and on their way to Three Broomsticks.
More to come….later….
OK, I know its not that great, but I promise it'll get more interesting later...I hope...hehe.
Yeah, If anyone could like say anything that would make it better or anyting, that would be greatly appriceated (urgh, I cant spell).
more to come later
