She threw her head back and laughed. Yes, laughed. It was the way the story had to be. No tears, no pleads…She was 73. No past and no future. She had made her choice. She had chosen him. Him and not a life. It was the price. Her hands on her face…She didn’t even have the right to cry. She had done what she shouldn’t have; she had done what she had to do.
She had loved a man. She had loved the greatest wizard…Him. And her always knew and he didn’t stop her. He could’ve stopped her, he could’ve chosen to force her be, to save her, for he had known, oh he had known to well…Where she was going to get, but he left her love him. He was a greedy man. And she, silly girl had loved him, she gave her life for him. He could’ve sent her away. But he was just a man, he liked caressing her very pale cheeks, he liked the texture of her long thick hair against his hands…his hands…dirty old man. He’d taken her innocence…he’d taken it away. He’d known he couldn’t have her, but he chose to keep her close to him, to gaze into her eyes, possess her heart, possess her mind. He could have sent her away, he could have saved her before it was too late He could and he didn’t., he was only a man .
He made her a woman, a strong one that is, he stole her innocence, he stole her ease, the last drop of falter. He was to selfish to see he was doing her wrong buy letting her know. He told her everything, and the knowledge was what she couldn’t shove away,. She knew too much…He taught her to see. She was to young to understand, The knowledge took happiness away. He didn’t have a youth or child hood, he couldn’t be happy, and he chose to neither let her be. It was him. It was his fault she was old now, his fault for the circles around her eyes, his fault for the wrinkles around her mouth, and his fault for the tears in her eyes.
THE END. How was it?
