I'm borrowing this plot from my brother's story he wrote for school.
So basically in this fic Minerva and Albus's child bring home their fiance for dinner. They're thrilled by the news but when their kid brings home someone of the same gender (male/female depending if their child is a girl or guy. They're shocked at the news and have a hard time getting used to the fact their child is gay.
It's up to you to decide how the story goes but there's 2 things that need to be in it.
~1. Albus and Minerva's other child who's a little spoiled and can't control her mouth and tends to make offensive comments.
~2. They're date needs to be anti-sweets and anti-tartan.
