I've noticed that since the whole Albus was gay thing, there have been several fics that are either a) Angsty ADMM

or b) ADGG slash.

To be honest I don't care for either. So my challenge to all the writers on the board who might choose to accept, is to counteract these fics with a fluffy piece which is NOT a one shot. It should be at least over 5000 words, and fluffy ADMM. Those are the only requirements. I don't think there are many - if any - longer ADMM stories that could be honestly titled fluff almost the whole way through.


Please note that if one person accepts this challenge, that is no reason why others can't also accept. The more the merrier.

Well, I have this lovely idea for something that is not quite straight fluff. It's really more drama and romance. It has lots of fluffy moments, and is somewhat similar in genre to my piece Another Ministry Disaster. I'm going to start working on it soon. But it has NO ADMM angst or ADGG slash. I hope it's sort of what you're looking for. I'll post it here when I've got the first installment. I don't think I could hold a story together with only fluff.

I wrote this back in the day, and at the time Microsoft Word and FF.net were like, having wrestling matches. So, when I wrote it I promise (I checked and double checked and then checked again) the punctuation was all wonderful.

Then FF.net ate Microsoft, as I recall, and half of my bloody question marks and close quatation marks disappeared!! Damn it.

So it's wrong. And you'll notice it's quite wrong, often.

I beg, beg, beg your forgiveness on that account, and on the account of how (generally speaking) poor the writing is. I was quite a bit younger then.

*No, entire paragraph spaces do not usually anticede commas.
* The first paragraph of chapter 4? Shouldn't have been a paragraph. Yeah, I botched the line spacings there, unless it was ff.net eating my fic again.
*The songs are corny, it's not just your imagination. I made them up on a lunch break. And yes, their spacing leaves much to be desired too.
* NO HER NAME'S NOT MINERVAL!! and at this point, you're thinking 'no way did she really ever beta this' but I totally did, for like a month before posting it. )

Don't be so hard on yourself. The grammar etc wasn't perfect, but it was sporadic enough not to take away from the story.

I've posted the lovely little fic I talked about on the board. It's called Family Fun. It's not quite so fluffy now.... it will be though, I promise!
