A Lazy Afternoon
“Albus, explain to me what we’re doing again.” Minerva failed to keep the exasperation from her voice as he rolled up a pant leg.
“We’re going to take a ride on this motorbike.” He settled on the bike and started the engine. He lovingly patted the seat behind him and Minerva sighed before getting aboard.
Ever since Sirius Black graduated Hogwarts and purchased a bike, Albus had been badgering her to go for a ride. She forbade him from even thinking of purchasing such a monstrosity but had neglected to warn him against borrowing one.
Albus gently drove the bike to the gates of Hogwarts and left the school grounds. Minerva stared back at the castle. She didn’t mind riding on a broom but this bike was nothing more than a charmed muggle machine and she didn’t have the same amount of faith in the contraption.
It was such a beautiful day and she would rather have curled up on a cushion for a nap.
Albus took several turns on the bike before finally picking up speed. The vibrations were rather arousing and with Minerva pressed tightly against his back he found the ride brought another activity to mind.
After engaging the invisibility charm he accelerated and switched gears so the bike would take to the air.
Minerva slowly relaxed as Albus displayed an unusual amount of caution while operating the vehicle. The throbbing of the motor shook the seat and she shivered as her body was awakened. She tightened her grip around Albus’ waist.
“Albus, where are we going?” she called over the roar of the engine.
“I thought we’d fly to London.”
His answer brought alarm to Minerva’s face. It would take hours to fly there on the motorbike. She would have to change his mind.
“This bike really pulsates,” she raised her hand to his chest and rubbed suggestively. Albus made no comment so she tried again. “It brings to mind another movement I enjoy even more.” Her hands dropped suddenly to his lap and she felt him jump.
“You think we’ll make it to London before nightfall?” her lips were touching his neck as she spoke. “I’m not sure how much longer I can last on this seat.”
She felt the bike turn and make a wide circle towards Hogsmeade. She smiled. She would get in a nap after all.
