I hope this challenge gets the board going again! School keeps me busy, but this plot bunny invaded my head and I couldn't get rid of it (not that I'd want to!) 100 words exactly was a challenge in itself, but here it is! I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Title: Probably Not Disclaimer: Not mine, never will be... “Albus? Whose idea was this?” “I believe yours, my dear.” “I don’t think so.” “Of course it was! You are our breathtakingly beautiful, intelligent, Deputy Headmistress after all.” “Exactly—an intelligent woman who hasn’t been alone with her husband in Merlin knows how long would have sent them back to bed.” “But it’s a thunderstorm!” “It was our first night to ourselves this semester.” “Would you really have sent them back to bed as terrified as they were?” She looked at her little girls-- they looked so peaceful, unlike an hour before, when the storm began. She smiled. “Probably not.”

This was so sweet and cuddly cute. When a child is terrified, who can resist giving them what they need? Excellent response, KristaMarie.
I loved how she gave up her quiet time with Albus for her children, don't we all. *sigh* I loved this!
I am glad to see the Challenge thread going again, I was starting to get worried. I haven't had time to participate lately. Hopefully I will get to a place where I can.
Cheers!

Score! This is perfect. Happy bed time is often interrupted by pesky children, but they're sweet enough to make up for it.
Thanks for the quick reply, and awesome work!

"Rain drops on roses and whiskers on kittens..." Julie Andrews as Maria springs to mind (never a bad thing ) A truly lovely and sweet response. PiER
