Hi everyone...  I'm trying since two days to get my avatar to apear....but it isn't working I know how to do it...normaly  In inserted the link to the pic, where I should insert the link to the pic at my profile... BUT ...my avatar isn't apearing...*snif* obviousely an A.I. problem ... Anyway.... Can someone be my hero and help? I reward with a lot of review... |

I know the answer to this one. it is because you are trying to link directly off of the warner brothers site (which they do not permit as they feel that is a violation of the copyright laws...) sooo
what you need to do is find um, a photo very much like the one you want, copy it to your hard drive and then sign up for a website that does allow linking, like- um- angelfire- or oe-pages, or homestead (and be sure to sign up for the free page.)
all you have to do is upload the photo, go to where it says view, then right click it to find the url on it. it should work.

I recommend getting a free account at www.photobucket.com. They are a free image hosting site. That's what I use. Most avatars, from my experience, cannot be directly linked from wherever you found them, but if you save the image to your computer and then upload it to an image host like Photobucket, you can use that url to link from and it should work. Ah April is once more quicker than me ;D... I was just about to recommend Photobucket too. I have an account there, it's free, it's quick, it's easy (and no I don't get paid for saying this  ) and you really have quite a lot of storage space. Love, Lies |

well, I am burnt out right now. Hellish day, went to pick up one perscription and for years it was 33$ and now they want 105$ and I am like What!!! (almost having a heart attack...)
I have one story that people want more to, and I am *thinking* but I can't promise anything real soon. not yet. Heck. it took me a while to think of what your problem was.
While I do have another suggestion, if a page won't allow you to save a specific item, you can download the whole page by going to edit, click select all, then go to file and remember where you put it, and then click save as... and then pick the page to bits untill you find what you like...
But I didn't tell you that...
I shouldn't ave tol ya that...

well, I um, got my avitar from the list of avalible ones, because I am like really into ravenclaw-- blue room, blue carpting, blue bathroom, ravenclaw banner blue candles, blue lamps and my mum looked at me and said, hon, wear a different color - BLUE...
you need to change it to the max size allowed and it should make it bigger, but I don't know what the max size is. but I actualy was able to look at your avitar and understand what it was,
(there are 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who do not...)
as for the burn out.
I would love to see you do a 12 chapter / aprox 48 page story and have it compleat in exactly ONE month, and then write another story at the same time and then in two weeks after that write two more storys AND work 60 hrs per week, and on your days off go to your moms house so you can take her shopping and deal with your sibs and be able to get up at 6 am to do it all over again...
Like I said, this may take time. While I understand the Neville story can be taken further, it is going to have to wait, A so I can work out what is going on, and B so that I can figure out how this will work with the 5 & 6th book. (as the story was written before the 5th book came out and then was tweeked to update it a bit.)
I have tried. I got three lines in and I fell asleep on my keyboard which is telling me that I need more sleep... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
and more time for my brain to veg before it turns to mush and then I cant write even LONGER...
But its ok. I understand.
really!
I am like that with some of the stories that I have been reading and I know its hard to wait!!!

we call them pills, but I know what you mean about the tablet.
here are some simple things to help with your back- things people don't even think of.
1. get a new- more firm matress. You will sleep better if you don't sag and there is less pressure on your spine.
2. use a good pair of flat shoes when you walk. forget fashon.
3. when you have a chance, put your hands on the counter, and walk backwards a few feet then do pushups off of the counter. Not only will it help to stretch your tendons, it can help your back relax as well.
4 find out what are in your tablets. Most of them use caffeine and asprin to help with the pain. You will do better with a high caffeine soft drink and a bar of chocolate...
5 keep your back warm. As silly as that sounds, it will help to releave the pain.

PILLS!...should have known that!  ... well actually I'm realy trying to make sure I'm warm...reading lemons surely helps... ;D...Another reason for you to write something, isn't it? ...and at my place, actually flat shoes are in... ...I think that's just an awesome idea! ...The last few days it ocured to me, how little we care about our body...When people keep on talking about their aching bones you're normaly like..yes,yes...but it is actually realy mean to be in the position of not beeing able to move normaly... I wrote all of three chapters of a story with the premise at the top and there was something bugging me... and i did research and discovered the whole premise was wrong, so I have to rewrite most everything...
Not to fear, i got a whole box of chocolates to see me through this crisis.
