How do I post a story or start a new forum?

Go into the category that your story falls under (i.e. Romance, Angst, etc). Then click on the "New Thread" icon, which is in the golden yellow bar right above all the other threads. Please read the story posting guidelines so you know how to set it up.
As for a new forum, only staff members can create new forums. I assume by forums you mean the different boards like The Common Room, Plot Bunny Adoption, and so on. If you have an idea for another board, please feel free to PM one of the staff. You can find our usernames at the bottom of the main page in the info box.
