Does anyone else get problems with email alerts on ff.net? At the moment I'm not receiving anything from them, though I've checked I haven't accidentally blocked the address or anything, and I know that story updates have happened with stories who I should have been alerted about. Is this just me, or is it a problem with ff.net?

yeah, I noticed that I had two new reviews that had not appeared on my yahoo toolbar. This happened a few weeks ago...I got nothing then everything all at once. I'm sure they'll fix it soon.

I thought that a week or so ago, seems okay now though. Saying that I haven't had an email alert off them in a while...

Yeah it did happen a week or two ago and then right itself. But now its happening again. At least I know its not me though, so I don't have to find out what the problem is and fix it. I just have to wait. Thanks for letting me know.

There were some hard drive failures and all the email things were down for a few days but they are working on sending all the pms and alerts out now. I was just there and saw the notice.

Hey, I actually got an email alert from FF.net today. The first one since Nov. 7th. I'm glad to know that I am not the only one that is having this problem. Maybe they have got it fixed. Here's hoping so.

Yeah, they are starting to slowly send out the alerts, although it is out of order I'm afraid; (i.e. you get chapter ten before chapters eight and nine).

yeah...I think they are sending them out like three at a time. I got three yesterday and three just now. I had a lot of review alerts that are slowly coming to me...plus a story alert that I was very happy to get.

hehe, poor thing. They just sent me two more review alerts...I know that there are at least 10 more to come from what I've seen on my ff.net profile.

The way it happens is that they send out the reviews by the day they originally were sent. So like if someone had sent you a review and then no one reviewed for like two days, it'll be like two days till you get those reviews. ~mmadlyinlove~

hmmm...bummer. I think it did that to me once, but I just kept trying it and finally it uploaded the document. I remember when I fist found ff.net I almost didn't sign up becasue the posting process seemed so complicated, but now I love it!
