hmm...I do not know how you would make one. My creative talents do not lean in that direction, but I could tell you how to add prexisting ones to your profile if you need help with that.

For avatars/sigs1) Find a small icon or signature banner that you like, they're all over the web. Right click on the icon and save it to your computer. 2) Go to www.photobucket.com (or another similar site) and create an account there (free and easy). Upload the image according to the web site's instructions. 3) For avatars, get the http link. For signatures, get the IMG code (or the http link and add the IMG tags). 4) On this site, go to your profile and click 'modify profile'. Scroll down until you see a box for avatars. Paste the link in there and make sure the measurements are 100x100. Do the same in the signature box. Then click 'modify'. It's not terribly difficult once you've done it a time or two. Let me know if you need any more help!

Right click on it and select 'save picture as' from the menu that pops up on your mouse. Then start the whole process of uploading it.

Ok so I clicked 'save picture as' and now I dont know how to get it to show up on my profile.

It's all in the above steps...if you still can't get it to work, contact Nerweniel or Catwoman99 who can add it for you (I think).

If you're going to use someone else's avatar, first make sure that if it is their own creation that you get their permission first before saving it and even if it isn't, ask them first. I know sometimes people have avatars made especially for them by friends, so they may not want other people using them.
It's just a curtesy thing.

I tried useing the photobucket and then copying th link, but it didn't seem to work. Which one are you supposed to use? The HTML tag?
