Yet another little thought that popped into my head. Pirates of the Carribean and Harry Potter blended together. Enjoy!
Chapter 1: A Shaky Alliance
“Voldemort’s forces are growing larger everyday. He is gaining more allies rapidly, Dumbledore. We need more help to win this war!” urged Alastor Moody.
Dumbledore nodded. “Of course, which is why I have composed a plan to gain more allies. One you will find to be most helpful. And convenient.”
“And that plan would be….” Questioned Remus Lupin.
“To form an alliance with the pirates and the Pirate Lords.”
The Order gasped and immediately began to protest. “You’re mad Dumbledore!” exclaimed Moody.
“Indeed! Pirates don’t care about anyone but themselves. They’re as likely to kill us than to help us.” Said Molly.
“Dung’s more reliable than they are!” argued Kingsley Shacklebolt.
“Hey!” said Mundungus Fletcher, protesting the insult from Kingsley.
Dumbledore raised his hand, immediately receiving silence. “I can assure you all, that the pirates mean no harm to them and are just as threatened as we are. They will not hesitate to help us”
“How you can you be so sure, Professor?” asked Hermione.
“Because I have the closest and strongest bond possible to the Pirate Queen.” Said Dumbledore, smiling.
“And what would that be, Headmaster?” asked Snape.
“The Queen of the Pirate’s Brethren Court happens to be my daughter.” Answered Dumbledore simply.
“What!?!?!” gasped the Order, shocked at the idea that Dumbledore had children.
“Bloody Hell! So Captain Viper, the most feared Pirate in the World is your daughter!?!?” exclaimed Ron
“Mine, as well as Professor McGonagall’s. She and I have been married for 35 years.” Dumbledore slipped his arm around her waist.
“Damn! Lily was right when she thought something was going on between you too.” Added Sirius.
“How many children do you have?” asked Harry.
“ 3. Everett, Megara, and Thadeus.” Answered Professor McGonagall.
Sirius winced at the mention of Megara. Remus shot Sirius a worried look. No one noticed however.
“So what other secrets do you have, Dumbledore?” asked Moody, grinning.
Dumbledore smiled. “None that I’d share with you.”
“So when does Megara arrive?” asked Sirius, shaking slightly.
“She and her crew arrive tomorrow morning. I trust you’ll all be ready and willing to meet her.”
“Yes Professor.” They answered.
“Now, enough of this Order business. Time for some dinner.” Said Molly as she ushered everyone into the kitchen.
Sirius lingered behind deep in thought. He was clutching a small necklace in his hand. Harry noticed this and went to go speak with his godfather when Remus stopped him.
“I’ll go talk to him Harry. You go inside with the others.”
“But-“
“Harry, please.”
Harry went, although he kept wondering what it was about Dumbledore’s daughter that got Sirius all upset.
“I don’t think I can do this, Remus.” Said Sirius as a tear rolled down his face.
Remus pulled Sirius into a hug. “It’ll be alright Sirius.”
“God, I loved her so much. And she just left me there at the altar.”
“It’s been a long time, Sirius. Things have changed.”
“Not my feelings for her. You know, she really is the best pirate in the world. She stole my heart and never gave it back.”
“Aye, she did. But you will always have her’s.”
“No, I don’t Remus. Her heart, if she even has one, always has and always will belong to the sea.”
