I've heard that Franz Ferdinand is going to be doing some music for GoF, and decided to delve further into the topic. My search came to this. . .
'FRANZ FERDINAND COMPOSE FOR POTTER
Scottish rockers FRANZ FERDINAND have been approached to compose music for the next HARRY POTTER film - and they've been told they may even get a cameo in the movie.
The TAKE ME OUT foursome are delighted to be given the chance to write for HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE, which is currently filming in Scotland and England, and hits cinema screens in November 2005.
Frontman ALEX KAPRANOS enthuses, "We've been asked to write some music. There's a section where there's a band of ugly sisters playing and I think, well. some members of Franz Ferdinand may be the ugly sisters in the band.'
I'm so excited! I didn't know I could find out so much good news all in one day!
