You can only submit two questions per person and then they are going to have folks vote on ten of them. But even if your question isn't choosen to be voted on doesn't mean Emerson won't ask it. So long story short, I was thinking of submitting some questions and thought I would see what you all thought of them.
I have more then two, so I will have to choose prior to submitting, (Though, they didn't say the questions couldn't have multiple parts
yes I am sneeky)
Please tell me what you think and if there are things I have missed. (They asked folks to submit questions that would probably not be answered in HBP and since she has probably said all she is going to say about married professors I stayed away from directly asking that one again.)
Here they are:
- How does Hagrid now Harry is in Knoturn alley when he gets lost traveling by Floo in COS? Does Harry have some type of locator charm on him?
- Was that the Grim or Sirius in the playground at the beginning of PoA? If it is Sirius, how does he know where Harry lives, isn’t Number 4 Privet Dr under a Fidelius charm? Since Dumbledore believed Sirius was the traitor, what is the reason why he would have told Sirius where he hid Harry or is the protection on Harry based on Lily’s blood protection charm, meaning that it wouldn’t keep some one who doesn’t want to do Harry harm, like Sirius, away?
- What did Professor McGonagall teach between starting at Hogwarts in 1956 and becoming the Transfiguration Professor in the early 1970s when Dumbledore became Headmaster?
- When did Professors Sprout, Filius, Hooch, Pomfrey, Sinstra, and Vector start teaching at Hogwarts?
- If a Professor has a family are they allowed to have their children live at Hogwarts prior to beginning their school there?
- Is it possible to have more then one Animagus form? And do the markings on your form change based on your appearance? IE if you get or get rid of glasses.
- Did the Chamber of Secrets not appear on the Marauders map because the Marauders, nor anyone else currently at Hogwarts, ever found it? And if so, now that Harry knows where it is, does it appear on the map?
- Was Professor McGonagall in the first Order of the Phoenix? And if she was, why wasn’t she in the picture Moody showed to Harry in OotP?
