How many people at Hogwarts supposedly know the password to Dumbledore's office? I had always thought it was supposed to be just Dumbledore himself until yesterday as I was watching HP and the CoS and I remembered while watching the "sherbert lemon" part with McGonagall that she knows it too.
(sorry for all the dumb questions, lol, I'm just on a HP kick right now)

Well I suppose on a purely professional level she needs to be able to get to him in an emergency. On a friendship level he'd trust her with it anyway and on a personal level she probably shares his rooms... I'd assume it's probably just her and him, because like Harry thought when he needed to find Albus in PS, no one had ever told them where Dumbledore's office was. You can also add the students who have overheard Minerva/Albus say the password I think.

Well, I always assumed that all four Heads of House would know the password to Dumbledore's office (certainly his Deputy would for more than one reason)) since they all work with him closely. I would also assume that Hagrid and Filch would know it too. Harry always seems to know it or figure it out. I'm sure Madam Pomfrey knows it too. I also think it is possible that some of the Order (Mad-Eye or Lupin) would know it.
I also think that all four Heads of House know the location and passwords for the other houses. I think Madam Pomfrey and Filch know the House passwords too, just in case of medical or caretaking emergencies.
I don't think the house elves know any of the passwords, because they don't need them. They just pop in and out.

Minerva obviously knows the password, and I always thought the rest of the staff would know it too, with perhaps a few exceptions. The four heads of houses would need to know it for meetings or if they need to see Dumbledore urgently about curriculum, and perhaps if they send someone straight to the headmaster's office, the gargoyle would have to know to jump aside because that teacher had sent the student.
Hagrid obviously knows, Filch *might* know it because he may need to make complaints (he's obviously always making complaints, as Dumbledore often adds things to the Forbidden Objects list at the start of term), and Madam Pomfrey would probably need to know it in case of emergencies in the hospital wing. It's possible that the other teachers know it too, but they may not as they're not as important. Harsh, but in my opinion true.
I agree with JKMcGonagall, the heads of houses probably know the passwords to the other house common rooms as well.
And the teachers will know the passwords to the rooms of the head boy and girl and prefects.
