Ok, I moved this cuz I posted this thread in the wrong section.. 
Ok, so I was hopping around mugglenet.com and I found something that completely struck me.. What if Dudley is a wizard? I mean, I know it sounds weird, but I have evidence that it COULD be true!! Ok, so here is the evidence: (from mugglenet.com/)
1.Did Dumbledore mean anything significant when he said that the Dursleys had "mistreated Dudley"? Ok, so what does this mean?? I mean, sure it's bad to really spoil a kid rotten like they do, but does this mean something more??
2. JKR has said "There is a character who does manage, in desperate circumstances, to do magic quite late in life, but that is very rare..."
Ok, so I was sitting there thinking, yeah there could be so many people who this could mean, but idk why Dudley struck me.
Lily was a witch, Petunia will never be able to perform magic according to JK, but doesn't that mean that she still carries the gene? And do we know if there is anyone who is a wizard/witch on Vernon's side of the family?? I mean, couldn't this happen or have I forgotten something?? I mean, kids turn into wiz/witches from muggles, so why can't it happen now?? What do you guys think of it!?!?!?!
