I am thrilled to announce the entry of Kassidy Ariane into this world. She joined us this morning hearty and whole and we are so grateful for her arrival. She weighed in at 5 pounds and 11 ounces which is pretty good for an early appearance. She has the impatient genes inherited by all females in this family. Her mommy, Krys, is doing wonderfully. She keeps exclaiming her baby is so beautiful and we happen to agree.

That's how much I weighed when I was born. Such a lovely name too. I'm glad both mom and baby are doing well. I'm sure she's beautiful, though I am partial to my own sweet little girl. What a great Mother's Day present!
