 Fanfiction.net put on their main page that they will be pulling any accounts that are using song lyrics in them. (this as of april 27th) so if you have any in your stories, please edit the chapters. The cheezy part is, IF you wrote the lyrics, they will allow you to keep the account. You just have to prove it. snog fic any one? Taylor

'If you didn't write it, don't post it...' and this said by the biggest fanfiction archive on the net. 
But I was thinking... can't you just quote the lyrics? As far as I know quoting isn't illegal

*agrees* I hated having to take down my songfics but luckily we have a great board where it's allowed to post them!! ;D ;D ;D
