I am in Minot North Dakota visiting family. Tomorrow we are going to the badlands, and then the next day to the state fair which is here in Minot...
Mum saw two mooses today. its been wierd because we are in a different time zone, and it will be wierder going home. at least my cell phone has been keeping track of the time.
I will be thinking about the stories that I left in mid air in the next few days, so don't fret. don't know how many times I will have access to the computer,

This reminds me that I'm going on vacation too!!! HERE I COME CALIFORNIA!!! Man need sunblock eheheheh and a fan. But I don't think I'll be able to continue my story. Oh well I'll try to finish it  SO who else is going on vacation?! Lady jolly |

It seems like everyone's going on vacation! I'm in Wisconsin for the EAA fly-in with NO internet- or much, so if anyone read my story on ff.net, it won't be updated for a while. -sorry, Hope everyone else has fun!

At least you have another week of vacation. I have to go back to work tomorrow. School starts here tomorrow and I have already met nine of the sixteen little angels I will be teaching at Meet the Teacher last Friday. Most of them are as cute as can be, I'm just not quite ready for it to begin again. School just shouldn't start till after Labor Day.

Kay, you guys need to try and do what SC and then NC did: get the legislature to pass a law saying school can't start before the 25th of August...at least that is closer to Labor Day.  I'm sure I'll enjoy that when I start teaching myself...the last couple of years teacher work days had been starting as early as August fourth in some places. (which was too dreadful for all involved). Hope the first week has gone well, Christy |
