I don't really want to get angry at times, but this... sighs.... If you wanna know what happened, read my xanga, though I don't really think you would get my rant Can anyone help?? tkns!

Aww dear, I read some of your rants briefly. You remind me of myself a few years ago.
Ignore what they say, what they think, what they feel and everything they call you. You are you and there's nothing you can do about that. You come across as a strong person to me with your own ideas, opinion and ideals. They're not worth your anger, just forget them and move on.
As for exams, ignore the things you say and my advice is just to scream into a pillow. It helps a lot. Something to just let out emotion. And as for the exams yourself stay calm after that and you'll be fine.

Something I have found particularly helpful with coping with stress (and doctors waiting rooms), is to take something to do with HP or something else, whether it be a fanfiction or just a plot bunny, but something not to angsty, and just sort of daydream about it. It can take a little practice, and it isn't necessarily as good as running until you are tripping over your own two feet, but it is less dangerous and something you can do anywhere, and if you're prepared to face the consequences, anytime.
This method can be used in anyway you like. Think of it as the cheater's form of meditation: Rather than clearing your mind of thought, you focus it on something that makes you feel good. Sort of a more sophisticated form of what my mum used to tell me to do when I had a nightmare as a child; 'think of rainbows and unicorns'. (Or something like that. Maybe it was fluffy white clouds?)

All the above suggestions are great *shall definately be trying myself* My exams are also coming up soon and im a total bag of shakey nerves. Try 'Kalms' tablets their a herbal remedy I find taking one before you go to bed ensures you have a good nights sleep and that always makes everything a hell of a lot less stressful. I find they work really well.

People can be dowright cruel at times, and the deragatory things that they so and do to others is probably just a method of making themselves feel better do to low self-esteem etc. Don't give another thought to the hurtful things they say...you are a wonderful person in your own right, an I am sure you have many people who care deeply for you. Including us here at the board!
As for exam anxiety, I suffer greatly from it myself...(especially my music jurries) All you can do with exams is prepare to the best of your ablility, feel confident in your comprehension of the material, and before starting the exam take several deep breaths, (And sorry if this offends anyone, but I always find praying a good way to calm nerves and berid yourself of worries)
Best of luck dear, and we'll all be thinking about you!

Wow, I totally do that! My specialty is daydreaming about ADMM fluff and romance. hehe My mother used to do that too, except she used to say "think of birds and butterflies." ;D

Daydreaming would be one of the things I do best, it's nice to just get so lost in yout thoughts you forget where you are.
