I have a spot where a lemon could be use in my story, "Into the Lions' den". But the thing is I don't know how to begin a lemon.
here's the situation:
Minerva's six-month pregnant with twins. She and Albus have a tradition where a new piece of lingerie is worn to "celebrate" the start of the new school year.
now i don't know how to introduce the lemon into the story or where to really start.
please help. thanks.

I'm not an expert on lemons but it can begin with a look or a kiss or a touch or a word. Most lemons usually start that way just don't stop once they start and eventually you end up there. Lots of luck and I will look forward to reading it. Kassie

this is going to sound a little off-putting, and that is not my intention, but in my experience in lemon-writing, if there is doubt about how to start it, or introduce it, then it means it probably shouldn't be done.
you say it's a spot where a lemon "could" be... and that doesn't necessarily mean there *should* be one. (hard to believe i of all people just said that but it's true)
Kassandra is right... in most cases, lemons start with a certain look... a kiss... a touch... and they snowball from there.
you have Minerva in a new piece of lingerie... that's a start. her appearing to Albus in a new nighty is bound to get things going.
but again, if you're not certain, then my advice is to skip it, and either go back to it later, or don't write it and simply allude to the two of them making love.

I have to agree with Tayryn. It can be a painful experience for everyone if you force a lemon. That said the best thing to do in my experience is to just jump in with both feet and then read over what you wrote. Drawing on a previous experience or movie watched might give you ideas. A really good friend might tell you if it should be deleted from the story or not.
I believe a story that includes a lemon uses it to enhance the physical side to a relationship already established within the story.

alot of people may be uncomfortable with a pregnant woman having sex- and I have to agree with what was said before. Forcing lemons doesn't make the story. If you can write a story, and it stands alone with out the lemon, then it never needed the lemon in the first place.
as for the night cloaths, well, a plain cotton shift with white socks have been know to drive men to distraction while the same lady with a victorias peek aboo has nothing happening- so its all in the mood.
You have to concider too, what is the point of the story as well. Many of the lemons that are on the board here stop after the lemon, and its like- what a waste of parchment!!!
Tell the story. They already had sex to have the babys, do they need to do it again? can it be done as a rememberance??
there are three things that make marrage, and sex is only a very small part of it.

communication, is a huge slice of the pie. cooperation is another biggie, and then absolute acceptance. Now, communication is both verbal and non verbal and sex can fall under that as well (so you see it is only a part of the relationship.Cooperation. If you have one person doing all of the work, all the give or all the take, your marrace will fail.
Absolute acceptance- that gets you into the for richer or poorer, sickness and health, in good times and bad till death do you part. Acceptance as a friend first, a lover last- absolute that you dont question what is going on because you have the answers.
I know that may not make sense- some day it will,
