Okay, so this is a general, slightly desperate plea! I don't know if any of you guys remember a fic called Nouveau? It hasn't been updated for a veeeery long time, and it was really long! Now I'm back, I want to finish it, but I need help!  In other words... any muses out there? Someone (anyone!) to bounce ideas off would be fabulous. Plus a 'few' betas (the chapters are very long!). There's a link to the fic as it stands, in the romance section, so check it out before you agree, because it is a bit of an undertaking! Let old Cranky know! ;D |

I have already started on it, it's hard to get back into the mindset of a particular fic after so long though!  [CC] |

I'm so glad you've decided to finish it! Even in its unfinished form, it's still one of my faves. I doubt I would be of any help since I haven't touched any of my fics in a while and am very busy with the holidays, but if you want to bounce an idea or two off of me, then feel free to PM me.

Hi April! Why aren't you writing? I'm shocked! Would be great to bounce ideas off someone I've chatted to before! ;D Thanks, Minerva Rose, I'll probably ask you to beta certain bits of the finale. I'm going to break the last chapter up and send it to as many betas as I can - for fresh perspectives, and so I don't get done for cruelty to volunteering shippers! Plus it means I can work 'bit-part'... Why oh WHY did I ever start to write Nouveau?! It'll finish up the length of a ruddy novel!  LOL Thanks guys, I'll PM you when the first bits are ready. [CC]  |

Half of Nouveau, the last and final part, is ready to be beta-ed, so I'll be PMing you guys!
It'll have to be emailed as an attachment - though it'll only be 5,000 words at present - writing more as I go... lol

I remember Nouveau from, like, years ago. When the site was new. It appears you already have volunteers, but if you need anything else don't hesitate to ask me. |

Scary news - Nouveau will be updated later today (I'm up very late) BUT it is not the finale! It seems that at 10,000 plus words I still haven't done half of what I intended to do in the final chapter... so um, I'm posting 2 more chapters, rather than one, um... Yea... hope you guys find time to check it out.. and that you want to! |
