This is going to sound like a slightly odd question but here is my sinario.
In my PD story Clarisse has a slight problem her husband (no not Joe it's Rupert is back) he faked his death. All right she never had to get a divorice because everyone thought he was dead well since he's back she has a problem she's married to two men at once. Does anyone know how long the time frame is on that. Like if someone faked their death then came back how long would it be before no matter what you had a delarced divoirce from them (if that didn't make any sense I'm sorry just can't figure out the length of time i need)

Given that her kingdom is fictional, couldn't you make it up? I imagine that the length of time would vary from country to country after all, and I believe there are still countries where bigamy is not a crime too, so you can always claim creative license.

In England, if this helps at all(?) If the couple have lived apart for 5 years either partner can apply for divorce without the agreement of the other. I don't know if that helps but Clarisse could apply for divorce and effectively win.
But yeah, since it's fictional you could just make it your rules.
