Fancy Restaurants

Yes, you read correctly. I need the names of fancy restaurants in London. And by fancy, I mean REALLY fancy, as fancy and pretentious as you can get.
It's for my new fic 'An Unexpected Alliance' and ... well it's necessary for a plotline.
So, if anyone knows of a few names, could they tell me, and also give what food that restaurant is known for. Italian, etc. etc.

ooh yes both of those...plus

Windows at the Hilton contemporary French cuisine

Le Gavroche in Bloonsbury French...very pretentious, 2 Mitchelin stars...strict dress code and the head chef is an ass. (my friend knows him)

Gordon Ramseys at Claridges. French...Just been renovated in an Art Deco style. The only 3 Mitchelin star restauraunt in London I believe.
