Hi all! I haven't been to this site for a pretty long time because I've been off dealing with real life... namely, depression as a result of losing my boyfriend (who dumped me when he decided he could never marry me b/c i'm not good enough), losing my job (after 4 years they fired me when they found a computer that could replace me) and losing my house (I gave my notice when i was supposed to be moving in with the bf, and when I tried to get it back i was too late). So, needless to say, I haven't felt much like reading or writing romance. However, school is starting soon (my last yr of college), I have a new job (I make less than I did before, but the people are nice), I'm sharing an apartment with my mom, and I've gone out on a few dates, so I think it's time to put things back together and start writing again. My goal #1 is to update my big story on ffnet, then I will get back o the murder mystery I was working on on this site, and I have a new plot line in the works too.

Anyway, I thought I'd drop in and say hello and now I'm off to read some of the fics I've been missing.

PS: I LOVE t he new banner!
