Hehe.. Well I am not sure... I'm debating between being Elphaba or a sexy Hermione, but I'm kinda stuck on which one would be better... Probably Elphaba cuz I want to wear that green make up. Hahaha. ~mmadlyinlove~

two of my friends and i are going to be the sisters from the movie hocus pocus. i'm the sarah jessica parker character :-)
my mother is going to be professor trelawney and wear the costume she was wearing when she placed as a finalists at the big dh bookstore release party. i should post a pic of that somewhere - it was hysterical. i love halloween!
my best costume ever was the year i was minerva mcgonagall mid transfiguration - half witch, half cat. i was very proud.

hehe Angledust gave me the idea she wrote a fic a long time where Min got turned into a vamp. I had the blood from last years costume so thought 'why not' |

two years ago my friend went as Elphaba and I was Galinda was fun I'm going as Bella, I finished my cotume like a month ago I was so excited. I've been told I look like HBC, so I thought it would be fun |

I'm having my birthday party on the 20th. I know it's not 31th, but it's close. And I think it would be great to be a Halloween party. Do you think it would be ok to have it earlier?
I think I'd dress like...Bellatrix or...tonks. Please tell me what you think!

I'm probably going to be a kind of undead Shakespearean Juliet, but I like the sexy Hermione, Minerva mid-tranformation, and Elphaba ideas. I love Wicked too. The play and the book are both incredible! Actually, I kind of did the sexy Hermione deal when I dressed up for Book Seven. I wore a grey checked mini skirt, lacy knee highs, a v-necked red sweater, an irridescent black robe, tons of make up, and held a "Weasley is MY king!" sign. It was awesome. Harry Potter costumes definitely top my list in terms of range of possible creativity.

I will be either Hermione or Minerva. Depends whether I can coax my normally Hermione-like hair into a bun....it might have grown out enough for that by the 31st but probably not...

I'm going to be Lady Macbeth. We've just finished Macbeth in English class (I've read it numerous times, however, as it's one of my favourite Shakespeare plays), and I've even convinced some friends to go along with my theme. My roommate (I go to an all-girls boarding school) is going to be the ghost of Banquo, and I have some other friends dressing as the three witches, Hecate, Macduff, and Duncan. It's going to be fun!
