help! I'm ill but don't know what it is

I'm ill. I feel like shit...My head akes, I'm sick, my muscles hurt, my heart is beating a little fast and i'm really, realy depressed.
What the hell do I have? Please help me!

I think it could be a lighter version of the flu, but it could also be a simple cold.
hot chicken soup and bed rest might help.
