So, I got into this program that means that I can get collage credits while still in highschool. It's going to be over the summer and is in New York, which is great because it's close. I was planning on registering andeverything for the performing arts program, but i got a letter from the person that nominate me. he's from a med school and hopes that i will apply my credits and go into the medical program. i put nursing as my first choice in career on my standarized test because it's my second choice and they didn't have a performing arts option. my guidence counsler and family says its up to me. what in the world do i do?!

Thank you for the tip, it's alot better asking poeple who aren;t pressuring you into what they want your future to be.

Just think about what you want to do after school. It is your life after all, and I´m sure that everyone will accept what ever you choose to do. My parents would want me to be a doctor, but I don´t think so. Just remember that even if you make the wrong decison, you can change the path you have chosen and start from the bottom.

i am not telling you what to do. but if i was you i would go for med. only because you could get a job almost anywhere if you are good, but with performing arts it is a risky buissness. there is no gurentee that you will make it. just what i would do.
