WANTED: Pen pals!!

HI EVERYONE!

Recently I started reading a book about a girl who gets a pen pal from a subscription to a fan magazine for 'star treck'. Suddenly something in my head just clicked and I thought "What a GREAT idea!"

So, I would love to get some pen pals from anywhere! My only rule is that letters must be sent by snail mail (opening letters is FUN!!) and that adresses should NOT be posted on here for security reasons.

So, post here if you're interested and I'll send you a message titled "About Me" with some info about me (age, female, intrests) and if you're still intrested I'll send my home adress by private e-mail adress the we can start sending!!!

I love penpals too! When I was in elementary school, I had a penpal from South Africa. It was really cool getting mail from overseas every so often!

But I was wondering - wouldn't it be more convenient to post our interests here - that way we can find a penpal more easily?

I also like pen pals, I think it's a great way to get to know other cultures better and to lessen prejudices.

it would be great if you could also say from where you come. I think it's more interesting to write to someone who doesn't live so near to you.
