Title: Prompt #61 Winter
Word Count: 103
She loved this season; she supposed it came from her Scottish heritage, the love of the cold seasons, but she especially loved this one. To Minerva McGonagall, winter meant snow, it meant Christmas with the nearest and dearest in her life and it meant hours spent in front of a roaring fire, reading and playing chess. Winter was a time for regeneration, the time in which nature caught up with herself, short days and long nights giving over to rest and relaxation, the chance to restock and re-evaluate things. Yes out of all four seasons, Minerva McGonagall loved winter it was her time.
Title: Prompt #67 Snow
Word Count: 103
Minerva shrieked as the snowball whizzed past her ear missing by mere inches, she hadn’t had this much fun in the snow for a good few years and intended to enjoy it while it lasted.
“Albus you are going to regret you did that” She shouted across the open space, quickly before retreating behind her snow fort.
“Why my dear, I have no idea what you’re going on about, it didn’t even come close” Albus retorted from his position behind a tree. “Anyway, I think its time we abandoned this and started a snowman.”
“You’re only saying that because you’re loosing!” She replied.
Title: Prompt #92 Christmas
Word Count: 106
Until 5 years ago Minerva had never really enjoyed Christmas, but that had all changed in the course of a single day.
“Minerva, I know that I face the biggest risk in saying what I’m about to say, but I have to know.” Albus stated nervously “I love you and have done for quite sometime now, would you do me the honor of becoming my wife?”
However it was the following Christmas that brought more joy to Minerva then anyone could imagine.
“I’d like you to meet your daughter” Poppy said to the exhausted Witch.
“Merry Christmas my love, thank you for making this time Joyous.”
