A/N: Well I don't know how this is gonna turn out, but I hope you like it.

#92-Christmas

The snow fell steadily on the grounds of Hogwarts School. Students ran about saying happy holidays to their friends or enjoying the winter wonderland. Christmas had come and it seemed like the best day of the year for everyone.

Minerva McGonagall had awoken from her slumber to find a beautifully wrapped gift on the night stand next to her bed. The present was wrapped in shiny emerald green paper with a red bow sitting proudly on top of it. There was no name to indicate who it was from. There was only a small message written in gold ink on the tag.

To my darling Minerva
Happy Christmas

She eagerly opened the gift. Under the wrapping paper was a white cardboard box. She opened the box and placed a hand over her mouth to stifle a gasp. Inside was a beautiful, thornless red rose.

She picked it up to marvel its beauty. then she noticed a note under where the rose was laying.
