Since the randomized banner seems to be such a hit, I'd like to invite any of our Photoshop (Or Gimp for people like me) inclined members to create your own board banner so we can add to the randomizer. Now, it doesn't have to be just for our main page. I'm looking for banners for the individual boards as well. (e.g. Fluff, Angst, The Common Room) Be creative. Here are some ground rules: - The banner has to have a width of 800 px and a height of 200 to 500 px.
- The colors have to fit with our color scheme. No neon pinks and what not.
- Feel free to put your member name on it to show everyone who made it. Small font and in one of the corners should be fine.
- For the main page banner, it has to contain the words, "Albus and Minerva Fanfiction Board"

I have to say I absolutely adore the one with the parchment background, and a few of the others are quite nice, as well, but there are some that I am not fond of and I reload the page so as not to see them. I think that rotating the banners would lose its appeal if there were more than 5 or 6 images. But that's just me and my not-so-humble opinion! (I have to say that any that feature Gambon with his beard tied up just make me cringe. But again, that's my personal taste! I'm sure there are plenty of folks who like those! *grin*)

The switching banners are starting to become a bit annoying to me. I mean, I like to see different things, but in addition to the constant changes being a bit irksome after a while they always take pretty long to load. Is there maybe a way of having one main banner that changes only now and then? Just a suggestion.
