Does anyone know of a good band or song they could tell me about, because I'm trying to find some new music to listen to.

I mostly listen to bands like Breaking Benjamin, 3 Doors Down, Within Temptation, Dragon Force, and My Chemical Romance. I have a broad spectrum of musical taste, but lately I'm trying to find new things. I've been downloading music like crazy

well one of my favourite songs at the moment is "my man is a mean man" by Stefanie Heinzman. She's a german artist but I really like this song... maybe you have a try with it And if you are looking for some new kind of music, well I really like good jazz music but strange as it is ( in my opinion) I like House!

Lifehouse is really good especially "Whatever it Takes" and "FIrst TIme". Taylor Swift and Fergie have a couple of good new releases.

I love Joni Mitchell and Carly Simon - especially Joni Mitchell's song "A Case of You" and Carly Simon's song "You're So Vain".

"You're So Vain" is an awesome song (makes me think of "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" lol) Another good one is "When You Were Young" by The Killers. And the soundtrack to Mamma Mia! is also fabulous!

Last name is pretty good by Carrie Underwood. How Far We've come is pretty good by Matchbox Twenty.

"Headlock" and "Speeding Cars" by Imogen Heap are wonderful songs, and I'm quite fond of Sugar and Gold's "Neighborhood"
Also, you should check out Duffy. Not only is "Mercy" a great song, but she's got a lot of other fun songs like "Delayed Devotion" and "Warwick Avenue"
And dianehawthorne, I LOVE "A case of you"! Joni Mitchell is wonderful, I also like her song "Both Sides Now".

Ohhh, this is difficult.
I'm in love with the song 'Dream, Catch Me' by Newton Fawkner at the moment, as well as anything by 'One Republic' (especially 'Mercy', 'All We Are', 'Stop and Stare' and 'Dreaming Out Loud'. Nearly anything by The Killers, but especially 'Mr Brightside' (I love that song).
'Let's Make a Night to Remember' and 'The Summer of 69' by Bryan Adams, 'Shooting Star' by Air Traffic, 'Last Kiss' by Pearl Jam, 'How to Save a Life' by The Fray, 'Pictures of You' by The Last Goodnight, 'Welcome to My Truth' by Anastacia ... and of course, nearly everything by Bruce Springsteen but especially 'Thunder Road' and 'The River.'
There are way too many for me to continue, but all of the above I have played so often that my parents don't let me near the CD player.
