If anyone would like a banner or icon made for them, leave a response on the board saying what you'd like in it. I'm really in the mood to make icons and banners!

I have a story I have written on HPFF called "Return to Hogwarts" and I asked someone to make me a banner about a year ago. xD But I never got it. Is it possible that you could make a banner for me? Can it be two slides; slide one reading "It must be hard to..." and the second one read, "...Return to Hogwarts" and in another place, my username, "mistoshanks." For pictures, on slide on can I have a picture of Minerva and the Astronomy Tower (yes, this follows book 6). And on the second one, a pic of Minerva and Albus standing together, possibly a wand pointing at them?
Sorry if it sounds confusing but I can explain if you have a question.

Can you make me a banner for "Because of Them?"
I'd like it of Adara deep in thought or looking depressed with pics of ADMM in black and white around her. For Adara, I kind of picture her as Tarja Turunen. I'd like it to say Because of Them in the center with my name in the right corner. Thanks!

Hehe, yeah, the banner bug bites sometimes, lol. Which software do you use? I tried dowloading one, got messed up and switched back to paint, lol.
Nice one, I really like the Affair to Remember one.
Oh, perhaps you could make with with Min and Al and a sunset background? For my story 'Twilight Tryst', you know, they should be looking at the sunset and it can say 'The true value of an entity is never realised until lost' and have my name in the corner. I'm trying this myself, but I'm a bit hard pressed for time currently. The link is in my siggy if you need it, but I think you've read it on ff.net already.

The first one is fine. For my second one can it be about the same size please?
Can slide one have/read:
-a backdrop of Hogwarts
-a picture of Myrtle and Minerva standing together in the center
-Tom Riddle (student) on Myrtle's side
-Dumbledore on Minerva's side
and my penname "mistoshanks"
Second slide:
-Minerva standing besides Albus
-Myrtle besides Tom, opposite Min/Albus
-the words; "If only, you had told me, I wouldn't have..." between them
Third slide:
-same picture as first slide
-the words "...fallen for him."

OMG. Thank you! That last one was for a story I am going to write that might be really long. I love the young Minerva pic and I actually find it really funny that you used "modern" Minerva in the middle slide because it really fits the plot! Thanks again!!! |

Can I have the pic of the first slide with my username and can that be added to slide three? And also ... I just noticed that Minerva and Myrtle aren't next to each other in the second slide. Since they're sisters ... I was kinda hoping they could be next to each other. If that's confusing that it's fine the way it is! Thanks! |

Ok, so this isn't a request or anything (mainly because I wouldn't know what to ask for) I just had a question. I was wondering how you get a banner to appear at the bottom of every post. I tried to go into modefy profile and figure it out but I just can't seem to get it. (lol, yes i'm a tec tard) Some help would be really nice!
Oh and dianahawthorne, your banners are so lovely! Great job!

Hi dear, I had the same problem when I joined, lol, no, you're not a tec tard ... You'll have to upload the pictures on some imaging site like Photobucket; you get an image code there, you'll have to cut and paste it in your siggy. Yes, you need to be a member of photobucket for that. Hope that helps! Cheers! |

Is it okay if I make another request? Can you make a banner of a young, child age Minerva (sorry if this is really hard) on one side. Center can you put the words, "Memories Fade Away" and opposite that, can there be a picture of Albus and Minerva (now) embracing with Fawkes besides them. Under the child-Minerva can you put my username (mistoshanks)? Thanks!
