I made my own AD/MM shirt recently and I was thinking it would be kind of cool if we had our own shirt. I live in Syracuse, NY and there's a local shirt making company ( www.holyshirt.com/) and I was thinking that if enough people were interested in shirts would be that we could possibly place an order. I don't know how we'd send them out seeing we're from all over the world...but I think it would be kind of cool.

WOW! Our own MMAD shirt! That is a great idea! Could you post the design here so we can have a look at it? Heres the catch, though, we can't post shirts halfway across the globe ... and I live in Dubai ... Here's an idea though, we could make our own logo, print it and get one of those iron-on shirt kits and make them ourselves!!! Though I can't guarantee that my shirt won't burn by the end of it, lol Cheers!

True about shipping. My family seemed pretty open to shipping them from our house but I really don't know. Also for designs; I don't have one! I was thinking the front could say something then the back... And don't worry about iron-ons ... they usually need to get pretty warn before they stay.

Those are good ideas too. I was thinking if I ordered them, then I would want to do something local that way I could save money then I'd send them out to people who want them.
On Zazzle, they have bulk orders which might work if we want to order a lot of t-shirts. Cafe Press seems expensive but it might work depending on how much people want to pay. And on both of the sites, they also have other options besides shirts, like hats or canvas bags.

Yea, they're t-shirt companies. I really still don't know unless many more people are interested. No offense but I don't think I'd pay for just three shirts. Maybe 15+ people...otherwise, I don't think it'll work. And I think I might go with Zazzle but I don't know. Zazzle has good rates on t-shirts.

Thank you!
Lol about the messy room, you'll probably faint if you see mine, it's an absolute jungle.
I agree that it's pointless to ship shirts if only 3 people are interested, it's great that your mom is so open to shipping it though, my mom would probably ask me to ship myself out of the house first, lol, she's always teasing me about the fact that I love HP now though I used to detest it at first. Though I think she likes McG, when we were watching OotP, she kept asking where the "Catwoman" was, and I was all confused until I realised it was Min, lol.
As much as I think people love MMAD, not many would be willing to pay bucks to have shirts shipped, imo ... or else we would've had replies by now. Just my suggestion.
About the iron-ons, I haven't really tried that, I read about it long time back in a Marykate and Ashley book, it's a nice idea.
Cheers!

Hey All, Just thought I'd drop in my two pence worth... ADMM shipper shirts have been done in the past, ages ago and this is how it was done then. I'm not trying to dissuade you from going ahead with getting up an order but that might be one reason why there hasn't been a huge outpouring of takers on the shirts. Tihs is what our shirts looked like and how we handled the overseas orders as well as shipping, etc. admmfics.proboards22.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=127And now, back to your regularly scheduled posts and GOOD LUCK with the shirts... *blinks* Wow ... those do look cool. On some sites, there's also other things - like a bog or mug - so we could have a t-shirt and something else. Seeing they were done awhile I don't mind if people don't want them but something else might be cool. And yes ... mmadforever - I have an AD/MM shirt too - two actually. One I made a mistake on and then I did a new one. I'll have to take pics and put them on here sometimes soon.

Lol, this thread is another example of the new era of ADMM shippers. For I too, was there when ADMM shirts first happened (i wasn't a member yet, just a visitor every now and then). but I was broke and couldn't get one, lol.
Goddammit, stop making me feel so old!
