I don't know why ... I just like the whole "she's liked him forever" idea. But I guess that's not really revelation ... unless they get together in her first year. *shakes head and shudders* But I guess if they've both liked her while she's a student then the Graduation Ball (does this ever happen or is it made up for the fandom world?) seems like a sweet time for them to say something.

I put my support behind chess matches and what not. They're a couple that seems based on friendship and comfort...and what could be more comfortable than slowly falling in love with one's best friend over hot chocolate, books and a good game of chess?
Please excuse me with I cuddle that particular mental image ^^.

There is something so very romantic about Albus revealing he loves Minerva after her attack... but chess games sound equally romantic. I have never been very fond of studentMinerva stories... not that I have anything against them... =)

I love the fics where she has a crush on him during her school years, and they get together when she comes to Hogwarts to teach. But I also love those broomcloset moments xD

I love the "arranged marriage" fiction. I also like the "post stunned" confessions of love. Oh also when Albus defeated Grindelwald with the help of Minerva ... or when one has to save the life of other using an old spell that binds them forever ... Hey, and when someone of the staff (or students) tries to do the "Cupid" ... or...ok actually I love all the situations where they end up together and conclude with a happy ending  I am hopelessly in love with this couple!!! |
